So Trump has been talking daily about his economic policies, while we are still waiting for Harris to unveil hers. But that doesn’t stop Politico from complaining about a supposed lack of details from Trump (while not questioning Harris’s complete silence—but don’t worry, Reuters reports that the scriptwriters are working on it).
In the meantime, Janet Jackson has been taken to the woodshed for questioning Harris’s race. That’ll keep her from being cancelled for now.
The Washington Post continues to pull at the string of Trump being anti-Semitic, despite his daughter, his son-in-law, and his grandchildren being Jewish. Weird.
Oh yes, and the New York Times SEVEN HUNDRED more former military and national security officials have endorsed Harris. That brings the total up to seven gazillion. Expect a few gazillion more in the coming weeks.

The Trump headlines continue to be overwhelmingly negative (notice how The New Republic is back to suggesting Trump is Hitler (“immigrants are no longer welcome in Donald Trump’s America”, “Trump promises immigrants…will get serial numbers”) not two weeks after the last assassination attempt. For these fools it’s just a game. But there are people reading their words and getting radicalized. The Hill talks about Trump’s “personality defect”, Time takes a thoughtful response to an interview by Sharyl Attkisson asking if we would run again in 2028, and Time Magazine (owned by Marc Benioff of Salesforce) twists it to say “Trump Admits He Could Lose”.
There’s something strange though. The New York Times is actually reporting that Trump has an “immigration edge” in one story, and says that he “gets a lift” in Arizona in another. USA Today reports that Trump is ahead in a few polls. The Hill reports that Harris will skip the Al Smith dinner, which is a slap in the face to many Catholics.
What’s going on? Are some of the left waking up to see that their extreme bias and abuse of power is not playing well to most of the country, despite all the fake polls and selective headlines. Or is it just a coincidence, and we’ll be back to lopsided headlines on both sides tomorrow?
I think we all know the answer. But let’s see.

Note the opinion piece by the Washington Post, on the anti-Trump side. They can’t bring themselves to say the “H” word. All they can say is how it’s totally appropriate for Trump to be compared with “history’s great villain”. A headline in Slate talks about how someone who lives in “Trump Country” is “terrified” of what will happen if he loses. The Atlantic has a “scoop” where they go to Truth Social and reveal the “dangerous” things that Trump is saying there.
Do you see what’s happening. The left wants civil war. I mean literal civil war. Their readers are genuinely terrified of a Trump victory, even though Trump has already been President once and the worst thing that happened was…we had low gas prices and peace in the Middle East. No, THIS TIME it’s going to be bad. Just like THIS TIME communism is going to work. REALLY.
In the meantime, the pro-Harris headlines freak out about a campaign office in Arizona getting damaged by gunfire (remember when her opponent himself—not his office—was “damaged by gunfire”? And they explain Trump’s resurgence as him “weaponizing” his energy. Oh yes, Axios makes sure to mention her “tax breaks for business”, conveniently forgetting that because she promised to tax unrealized gains, any money she “gives back” to small businesses will be crumbs compared to the money she’ll have confiscated from them. Am I speaking in hyperbole? We won’t know until her inauguration day. Hopefully we won’t have to find out.

More of the same. Kamala Harris had an interview with MSNBC (her first since CNN) which the media is scrambling to paint as positive (“she favors ‘broad strokes'”, not “she’s regurgitating what she remembers she memorized from the debate prep”). In the meantime she can do no wrong—everyone’s favorite CIA asset Mark Cuban raves at how “thorough” she is, she pledges to help the small businesses she’ll be destroying, and she should brag, yes brag, about the Southern border.
Over to news about the orange devil incarnate. He’s “off course”. His followers are “laughing” at him. He’s in a “political fantasy world”. Everything he says about “protecting women” is a lie. And of course, he’s a monster for not swooning over Vladimir Zelensky, who true patriots see as the second coming of George Washington, John Adams, and Thomas Jefferson rolled into one. Real patriots are scheduling photo ops signing made in USA bombs that are going to blow up those Wascally Wussians (never mind that four words could have ended this whole thing before one civilian was killed: “Ukraine won’t join NATO”).

The selective coverage of the establishment media continue, with the New York Times shouting yet another endorsement from Stanley McChrystal, who in his retirement happened to have gone from disgraced general who dared to criticize Vice President Joe Biden in a Rolling Stone article and was forced to resign…to now being a senior fellow at Yale University and on the board of several government and defense contractors. Weird.
In other news, the news is busy painting Harris as a foreign policy genius as she meets with Ukrainian president Zelensky and declares that Ukraine will never cede territory to Russia (which is great, except for the fact that she has no proposal on how to end the war, which explains the defense industry’s love for her).
In the meantime, lots of thinking past the sale. Harris will “lock down her first electoral vote” this week, while Mike Pence is “laying down the groundwork for a post-Trump future”.

This one hits home. Today, Trump mentioned that Google favors Kamala Harris over him. This drew the mockery from media outlets like USA Today who paint him as whiny and conspiratorial. Perhaps the reporter from USA today should visit this site and see the amount of green on the left and red on the right of every search for “harris” and “trump” every stinking day since she entered the race. But no, they count on the fact that no one will ever see this (and Google is doing its part—remember that I am an SEO expert of over 20 years and I can tell you that prior to 2018 a site like this one would have easily ranked on Google organic. Today, it’s all but invisible.
Make no mistake: the cheerleading on the left continues unabated. Notice how for months Trump was called a racist for even talking about the southern border. Now that Harris is talking about, there’s a “shifting national mood”. All hail the great Kamala Harris for her leadership in being “tough on migration”. Only a fool would think this, which is what the mainstream media counts on.
In the meantime, there’s a steady stream of doom and gloom for Trump. Not a single word that he says on the campaign trail is being reported. Instead, the media dishes up one attack after another. He hates Jews and Catholics. He hates women. He tells lies about the climate. The special counsel is going to release its “evidence” that Trump interfered with the election and Trump will be using what precious time he has left in the campaign to defend himself (I say bring it on).

Once again, look at the words used at the Harris side (“Harris’ Chances Surge”, “Harris lays out a plan to get touch”, “Madam VP”) vs. the words used on the Trump side (“Panic, blame, and pressure”, “dark speech”, “grievances”). The script is clear now: every headline (with a few exceptions to maintain the guise of objectivity) must paint Harris as a conquering hero and Trump’s campaign as chaotic and in disarray.
The reality is, if you watch any of Trump’s stump speeches, they’re all well-thought out, touch on important policy points, and at times are even eloquent. Harris’s photo ops are all carefully orchestrated so that she can look “presidential” and the few words she says can be promoted and amplified across every major media outlet. She promised to crack down on fentanyl, hugging a mother whose son died of an overdose. Which is nice, except for one question. What they hell was she doing about it in her last three years as the “border czar” and all of her time as a US Senator? Those are questions you will never, ever hear asked.
