New week, new attack vectors from the left. As always, Trump talks for 2-3 hours during his rallies, and the mainstream media—egged on by NGOs like Media Matters, picks one sentence to twist out of context and use to drive the next news cycle. In this case, the sentence was talking about whether Harris was mentally fit to be president. Instead of looking at the points that Trump is making in his usual hyperbolic way (why IS it that Harris isn’t doing interviews except ones that are highly produced and milquetoast) they’re painting Trump yet again as a “mean bully”.

Like many others I used to blame Trump for not sticking to issues until I realized something important. The VAST majority of his speeches are about issues and policies, but those go completely ignored. No matter what he says or does, the establishment media would do the same thing—find any sentence he says and twist it out of context. Does anyone remember Romney’s “women in binders” ?

In other news, The New Yorker has endorsed Kamala Harris for president. What a shocker!

Today, users on X were talking about the devastation in the southeastern United States from Hurricane Helene. Trump went to Georgia himself, offered words of encouragement, and started a GoFundMe with a goal of $1 million of help. Elon Musk sent Starlink over to help make sure those who were stranded and lone could communicate, even though Starlink had been rejected by the Biden administration for government grants.

In the meantime, Biden says, “there’s no more to give” other than what he signed over from FEMA days before the Hurricane. Kamala Harris took a picture of herself in an airplane, pretending to write on a few sheets of paper. It was the kind of fake image that the media blasted George W. Bush for—even decades later. But as long as it’s Harris, it’s showing her being “Presidential”.

The Hurricane did nothing to stop the continuous flood of negativity towards Trump by the Media. Trump “tears families apart”. He “flunks American history”. He “starts a new conspiracy”. He is “taking a dark turn”. The language is getting even more and more unhinged.

Notice how NBC news is “thinking past the sale”. It talks about the hurricane, the war, and the strike as being “new crises for Harris”, as if she’s already the President. Only the Guardian, out of the UK, dares to quote a Michigan representative saying that Harris is behind in the polling. Guess which news outlet is next in line to be demoted by Google? USA Today is quick to correct the record on an obscure video that supposedly showed Harris slurring her words, while they continue to stand behind the “fine people” hoax and many others.

Perhaps realizing that they’ve gone a little too far in painting a rosy picture of Harris’s “commanding lead” there are a smattering of a few negative headlines about Harris. But as always, you never see this rise above 40% of the total negative headlines. In the meantime, Trump headlines continue to be completely negative. Politico and Rolling Stone are back to twisting not just lines, but individual words out of context to paint a fictional account of Trump “mocking” soldiers. The Guardian, perhaps trying to save their space in Google News, goes back to focusing on a giant nude statue of Trump in Nevada to get clicks. CNN spends its time talking about Trump not doing a 60 Minutes interview, and not talking one word about the hundreds of hours he’s spent talking on podcasts and rallies.

By most accounts, J.D. Vance wiped the floor with Tim Walz at last night’s Vice-Presidential debate. So what’s the reaction on Google News when searching? Not one word. The debate has already been memory-holed. On social media leftist accounts tried desperately to portray Vance’s attempt to correct an error by the moderators as “mansplaining”, but even the media wasn’t dumb enough to pursue that angle.

Instead, conveniently a federal judge happened to unseal previously redacted details in Jack Smith’s case against Trump, one of many “October Surprises” to come. ABC News, the New York Times, CNN, BBC, Politico, and Fox News all led with this “bombshell”. What they don’t realize is that whatever was supposedly “revealed” was already baked into the cake. But this isn’t really about “bombshells”, this is about continuing to portray Trump’s campaign as chaotic and unfocused—even though Trump continues to be out on the campaign trail every day articulating all of his policies which never get reported.

In the meantime, searches for Harris continue to paint a picture of Harris as “presidential”. The New York Times talks about how she’s bravely facing “challenges”. Politico talks about how she “consoles” those devastated by Helene—despite the fact that Trump was there a day earlier and using his star power to set up fundraising and help volunteers.

Notice how Google News believes that an ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY story on what the ladies of “The View” think about Trump is more newsworthy than anything that ANY conservative or independent journalist has to say.

Lost in the coverage: the news that FEMA is “out of funds” because earlier in the year they had spend over $600,000,000 on illegal aliens, so now all they can do is give $750 to people devastated by the Hurricane Helene.

The media continues to be the enemy of the people.

Thursday October 3, 2024

Despite all reality being to the contrary, the media is flat-out lying, saying that Trump only assisted victims of natural disasters when he heard they were MAGA, while Harris “consoles those devastated by Helene in George—in contrast to Trump’s visit”. In the meantime, some in the media are milking all they can out of their “October surprise” of Jack Smith’s supposed “bombshell”, while others focus on minutiae like a giant nude statue of Trump intended to mock him and “exposing” Trump’s crowd sizes (again a lie—video show enormous interest in his rallies).

In the meantime, Fortune magazine declares that “Harris has a 66 electoral lead over Trump”, cherry picking one obscure data scientist and making that the lede, despite most analysts showing that Trump has a slight electoral college edge.

The whitewashing of Harris’s past and of Trump’s presence is not surprising anymore—it’s the new normal. Will America fall for it?

Friday, October 4, 2024

Once again, the media fixates on obscure and aging characters endorsing Harris to paint the picture of a groundswell of support, while complete ignoring the entire presence of RFK, Shanahan, Gabbard, Musk, and many other former Democrats who are supporting Trump. The media is also doing its best to blunt the big news that Trump is returning to Butler, PA tomorrow, going so far as to say that Trump is “making jokes” about the man who was shot and killed. Sick.

Today was the day that Donald Trump revisited the site of his first assassination attempt.

Let’s say that there was an assassination attempt against Barack Obama, and Obama visited the site within weeks after. How would the media report it? It would talk about his courage, his bravery, his strength of character, his being a person larger than life.

What did they report about Trump in Butler, PA? It’s a “do over” for him. It’s “theatrical”. He has “heated rhetoric”. Elon Musk’s appearance “cast the election in dire terms”.

Thanks to Elon Musk himself doing some citizen journalism, we all see what happened with our own eyes. We heard the touching tribute to Corey Comperatore, the firefighter who sacrificed his life for his family. The “dire” words that Elon Musk uttered were in fact, true. But will the American public see and hear these images? No most of them will continue to live in their little corners, listening to the scraps of content that they see on their Google Discover Page or their Microsoft Home Page and consider themselves “informed”.

If you’ve been silent, you need to be silent no more. Because your voice is the only thing countering the deafening sound on auto-repeat that the mainstream media puts out.

Notice how there’s more “red” on the Harris side. They know she managed a coup (literally) by taking over the Biden nomination and pulling to a statistical tie with Trump. But they also know that a coin flip is too risky. So after weeks and weeks of fawning coverage, a few are starting to sound the alarm bells. But notice that unlike the red circles on the Trump side, which beat Trump and his followers down, the red circles on the Harris side are gentle nudges to her supporters not to get complacent.
